The following Refund Policy applies to reservations for events with and purchases from the Chemung County Chamber of Commerce.
Attendance fees for Chamber events are refundable only if cancellation notice is received 24 hours prior to the event. Reservations made for attendees who do not arrive will be invoiced as if the event was attended. Cancellations after the 24 hour pre-event deadline, for those who indicated they would pay at the door, will be invoiced.
Other purchases made through the Chamber for services and/or products are non-refundable.
This policy may be changed at the sole discretion of the Chemung County Chamber of Commerce and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. New versions of this Policy will be posted so please check back for updates.
