The
Arnot Art Museum, in the heart of downtown Elmira, is home to a permanent collection of internationally recognized historic and contemporary representational art. For nine months each year, the American Gallery features highlights of the permanent collection. The Center Gallery houses the Egyptian collection augmented by loans from the world-renowned Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The
Clemens Center is the regions performing arts center since 1977. A restored 1925 Vaudeville theatre, the Clemens Center presents drama, music, and dance throughout the year. The Clemens Center´s full calendar of events features critically-acclaimed plays by Broadway touring companies, live concerts by orchestras and contemporary performing artists, modern and classical dance, and the country´s hottest stand-up comedians. Bill Cosby, Tom Jones, Penn & Teller, Carrot Top and Wayne Newton are just a few of the performers who have recently appeared at the Clemens Center.
The
Elmira Little Theater keeps the local theater experience exciting, inviting and alive! It features local actors who take to the stage to perform everything from major Broadway musicals to Shakespeare to popular dramatic productions. The Elmira College Theater Department showcases the talents of budding student actors and playwrights.

The Summer Stage at Tag´s in Big Flats offers a Summer Concert Series not to be missed! Recently appearing national recording artists at Tag´s have included Styx, Barenaked Ladies, The Beach Boys, Hootie and The Blowfish, Lynard Skynard, Lonestar with Lee Ann Womack.
